AIA Atlanta Tours Committee & USGBC partnership for Under-Construction Tours presents 1075 Peachtree Under Construction Tour January 7th, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The tour will be hosted by RJT+R & Brasfield and Gorrie and is a LEED Silver Project.
Location: 1075 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309 (MARTA accessible and parking available)

- Floor area in the core and shell space will have high levels of natural light and over 90% of the occupants
- Views to the outdoors
- HVAC system was designed to facilitate acceptable thermal conditions for building occupants
